- Frame: Deep ridged low carbon steel side frames and a thick feeder pan are fabricated and stress relieved. Honeycomb gusseted pan support structure prevents distortion.
- Grizzly Bars: Grizzly section length 72” (1800mm). Cast grizzly bars with fully adjustable spacings. Cast design with tapered openings in both directions to prevent clogging or packing. Worn bars are easily replaced.
- Liners: Replaceable AR plate side liners and sectionalized replaceable pan liner plates.
- Bearings: 110mm, spherical, self-aligning roller bearings running in an oil bath for minimum maintenance.
- Shafts: Two parallel contra-rotating forged steel precision-machined eccentric shafts geared together. The linear motion of the vibrating assembly is easily adjustable between 30 and 45 degrees.
- Capacity: Approximately 410 to 615 TPH. Actual production varies based on gradation of feed material.
- Standard Accessories: Robust steel coil springs absorb and isolate surge loads created by loading equipment. Front springs are mounted outboard feeder frame for stability. Spring support bases and oil sight gauge are included.
